Buyer Information

Article 5: Buyer’s Obligations

- Ownership signs must be removed within 30 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for all legal compliance regarding duties, taxes, and fees.
- Buyers must be familiar with installation and maintenance guidelines.
Article 6: Rights Based on Defective Performance
- The seller is liable to ensure goods are free from defects upon receipt.
- Specific provisions regarding defects do not apply if goods are sold at a reduced price due to known defects.
- The complaint procedure involves written notice to the seller, physical assessment of the goods, and notification of complaint resolution.
Article 7: Withdrawal from the Contract
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt, with specific conditions for return shipping.
- Certain products cannot be returned if modified or if hygiene standards prevent resale.
